SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH IS A CLEANER?

The average hourly rate for this area is £15 an hour but it depends on the cleaner and their experience.  We always let you know what each cleaner charges before you meet them.

DO YOU TAKE A CUT OF THE CLEANERS WAGES?

Absolutely not.  You pay the cleaner direct and that money is theirs.

HOW MUCH IS THE AGENCY CHARGE?

That depends on how many hours you have a cleaner for and the frequency but if you fill in our no obligation registration form or pop us over a quick email then we can send your some further information about the costs.

WHAT AND WHY IS THERE AN AGENCY CHARGE?

One of the things that we hear from most of our customers is that they have either been let down by individual cleaners, that they have had a bad experience with a cleaner or that they just cannot find one.  As an agency we are constantly advertising and interviewing cleaners to find people that we would be happy to have clean our own homes.  We then reference check every cleaner twice so that we only send you Cleaners that we feel confident are going to be great (of every ten we interview we maybe take 1 or 2 onto books, sometimes none).  We then provide you with over 5 million pounds in Insurance should the worst happen in your home and we  provide cover, where possible, should your cleaner be on holiday or off sick.

So the Agency fee covers you for all of that plus it is a great feeling to have people that  you can contact should you need to if things need a tweak or working through.

Put simply, it's the easiest way for you to find a cleaner.

DO YOU MEET THE CLEANERS BEFORE THEY ARE SENT TO MY HOME?

We personally interview every cleaner and reference check them so we never send you anyone that we have not met and that you have not spoken to on the phone before you meet.

ARE YOUR CLEANERS TRAINED BY YOU?

No, the cleaners are coming to your home and will be using your products and equipment.  You want your cleaner to clean your house the way that you want it done not in the way they have been taught.  So we always get you to meet your potential cleaner first and take them round your home so you can show and tell them exactly what you want done, where and how.  This is your home and you have to be comfortable that whoever you are letting into your personal space is treating it the way you want.  We think it's really important.
